Muscle & Strength More Important That Fat Loss

I have heard people proudly saying, that their body weight is exactly the same as several decades ago. They do not understand, that this may be a result of muscle loss and fat increase. Their muscle mass is only a half, but fat mass a double.

When your hormonal functions get slower over time, it is very important to take care of your muscles with training and proper diet with enough protein.
